Dennis is an individual with both an interesting past and a rather unusual plan for the future.

Born in Covington, Ky., he enjoyed a life of luxury as a child. He was driven to school in a limousine and treated as an ultra-wealthy individual.

Dennis was unclear about his stepfather’s business, but he believed it was a little shady. This was confirmed one day when a car was intentionally crashed into their home with the intent of burning it to the ground. Their home destroyed, Dennis and his family moved a lot thereafter, never staying in one place for long.

Dennis attended college in Florida and ultimately moved to California with a college friend. There, he took acting classes, did some modeling and even lived on the beach for a short time. One day, while working as an extra on a popular television series, he met his future wife, a former Rose Bowl queen. They were married for seven years, during which time Dennis worked at a computer software firm and a major insurance company.

After his divorce, Dennis founded a consulting firm and worked on a number of projects for high-tech firms. He eventually sold his firm for $50 million.

He met and married a champagne company heiress. They have one daughter. She is being educated in France because Dennis wants her to retain her French heritage.

Dennis doesn’t intend to retire. Today, he works part time. He does management consulting, dabbles in real estate and thinks about entering politics. He likes to invest in small companies and “to give advice on how to be successful but not be responsible for running the company.”

He believes that “what separates successful people from everyone else is an innate feeling about themselves, taking risks and feeling like you deserve to live well.”
