   We all know Manolo Blahnik and Jimmy Choo's shoes made popular by Carrie Bradshaw on Sex and the City, but Christian Louboutin is not as familiar to the general public; even the average affluent fashionista may not have heard of these ultra-expensive shoes.
Louboutin's shoes, with their distinctive red soles, were rated first in a survey of affluent women (those with an average income of $219,000 and net worth of $2.2 million).
