Affluent individuals who use online services are most likely to use the Internet either to research specific companies or to review articles about financial services, according to a new report from Spectrem Group.

 

Spectrem found that two-thirds use the Internet for those purposes. Slightly more than half use online programs that enable them to track the value of their investments in real time. About one-third use online calculators for a variety of financial scenarios.
